PEACEFUL* MIND?
WHAT WOULD IT FEEL LIKE TO HAVE A MORE
*Definition (n): untroubled by commotion, calm, tranquil
Even when your body is still, your brain won’t stop running and it’s exhausting. What if you could feel comfortable letting your mind wander without worrying about what path it will take you down?
That probably sounds scary because you know how many paths your brain can go down, and it goes fast, but it is possible. You have a strong sense of empathy towards others, sometimes so much so that it’s overwhelming, what if you could show yourself that same compassion?

WHAT WE DO
Untangle your thoughts
You can probably think of 20 minutes worth of things in 2 minutes. It makes you great at critical thinking but sometimes it would be nice if your brain would just slow down. Together we'll process those thoughts and make sense of them.
Explore your emotions
A lot of people suppress their emotions when things feel overwhelming. Together we'll explore what's behind those feelings so you have a better understanding of how to work with them.
Understand your body
All of us experience bodily sensations differently. Together we'll deepen your understanding of your body's needs and signals through working on interoceptive awareness and exploring your unique sensory needs.
