PEACEFUL* MIND?

WHAT WOULD IT BE LIKE TO HAVE A MORE

*Definition (n): untroubled by commotion, calm, tranquil

PROVIDING ONLINE THERAPY TO TEENS AND ADULTS THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA

Even when your body is still, your brain won’t stop running and it’s exhausting. What if you could feel comfortable letting your mind wander without worrying about what path it will take you down?

That probably sounds scary because you know how many paths your brain can go down, and it goes fast, but it is possible. You have a strong sense of empathy towards others, sometimes so much so that it’s overwhelming, what if you could show yourself that same compassion?

Hi, I 'm Lianna

As a neurodivergent affirming and trauma-informed therapist, my approach is rooted in the belief that we all have unique strengths, struggles, and differences. It's not about changing who you are, it's about figuring out what works for you. Together let's help you find some comfort in a world that can feel incredibly uncomfortable.

WHAT WE DO

Neurodivergent Therapist

Untangle your thoughts

You can probably think of 20 minutes worth of things in 2 minutes. It makes you great at critical thinking but sometimes it would be nice if your brain would just be quiet. Together we'll process those thoughts, find patterns, and make sense of them.

Explore your emotions

Neurodiversity-affirming therapy

A lot of people suppress their emotions when everything feels overwhelming. Or if experiencing your feelings might hurt others. Together we'll explore what's behind those feelings so you have a better understanding of how to work with them.

Understand your body

Therapy for anxiety

All of us experience bodily sensations differently. Together we'll deepen your understanding of your body's needs and signals through working on interoceptive awareness and exploring your unique sensory needs.
